What this policy covers

This policy covers the LinguaLex website and its early-access waitlist only. The separate LinguaLex application is not covered here; we will publish app-specific information when the app ships.

What the waitlist collects

When you join the waitlist, the form sends your name, email address, optional Telegram handle, optional source, and locale to Supabase, in the public.alpha_signups table of project kxgqrynhfeikujibozgd. A Supabase edge function uses Resend to email the submitted details and timestamp to the operator. We do not state what happens next beyond these operations.

Analytics and browser storage

After you accept analytics, we use PostHog on its US infrastructure for product analytics. PostHog may create device and session identifiers and its configuration may enable session recording. We do not send analytics before consent. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent analytics capture. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw your choice.

The site stores language and theme preferences in your browser's local storage. It also uses cookies for locale and consent preferences. Analytics may set its own cookie after consent.

AI and data flow

This website and waitlist do not send your submissions or analytics data to an AI provider. We do not train models on website or waitlist data. Story generation and saved-vocabulary processing belong to the separate LinguaLex application and are outside the scope of this policy.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate and is not legal advice.

There is no automatic deletion schedule. Requests are handled as they come. For a request about information collected through this website or waitlist, email privacy@lingualex.app.
