1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LinguaLex you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service description

LinguaLex is a web application that helps language learners collect vocabulary and read dual-language stories. Telegram is used solely for authentication and optional notifications.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of vocabulary you add, the security of your Telegram account, and compliance with local regulations regarding AI-generated content.

4. Intellectual property

All product copy, UI, generated chapter structure, and software are owned by 4etverg. Story content generated for you may be used personally but cannot be resold or published as-is.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or disrupts the service. You may request deletion by contacting support@lingualex.app.

6. Liability

LinguaLex is provided "as is." 4etverg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
